Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,056.39 points, marking a decrease of 2.09 points below the previous closing. This decline was attributed to a drop in the communication service sector, the financial sector, and the real estate sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index showed a different trend, closing at 1,009.58 points with a slight increase of 0.40 points above the previous closing. The trading session witnessed 142 equity transactions, involving a volume of 5,482,190 shares, with a total value of BD 1,622,136.
Investors predominantly focused on the financial sector, which accounted for 69.63% of the total value of securities traded.
