Brussels: Mohammed Ali Behzad, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Kingdom of Belgium, has officially presented copies of his credentials to the European Union. The presentation was made to the European Council and the European Commission, marking a significant step in diplomatic relations.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the credentials were received by Lucie Samcov¡, who serves as the Director of Protocol at the European External Action Service. Ambassador Behzad expressed Bahrain’s commitment to enhancing cooperation and partnerships with the European Union, focusing on shared interests such as security, peace, and sustainable development.
Lucie Samcov¡ extended her wishes for the Ambassador’s success in his diplomatic mission. She also expressed confidence that Ambassador Behzad’s tenure would contribute to strengthening the relationship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the European Union.
