Al miqdadiyah: A 4.5 magnitude earthquake struck northeast of Al Miqdadiyah in Diyala Governorate, northeastern Iraq.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Iraq's General Authority for Meteorology and Seismology reported that residents in nearby areas felt the tremor. There have been no reports of casualties or damage so far.
