RHF Dispatches 100-Ton Relief Consignment to Gaza Amid Dire Conditions

Manama: In implementation of directives from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Honorary President of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), and under the guidance of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, and Chairman of the Foundation's Board of Trustees, the RHF has sent an urgent relief consignment. This effort was carried out in cooperation with Operation 'Gallant Knight 3' and the Emirates Red Crescent in the United Arab Emirates.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the 100-ton shipment includes healthcare supplies specifically for women and children, as well as essential food items, medicines, and medical equipment. This initiative is part of an ongoing effort to address the severe humanitarian conditions facing the Palestinian people.

Ibrahim Dalhan Al Doseri, RHF Acting Secretary-General, stated that the initiative highlights Bahrain's consistent humanitarian approach, which aligns with the Royal vision of supporting the Palestinian people. He emphasized Bahrain's dedication to just causes, particularly the Palestinian issue, and reiterated the Foundation's commitment to its humanitarian mission. This is in accordance with Bahrain's longstanding policy of providing assistance to the Palestinian people in Gaza to help alleviate their challenging living conditions.

Al Doseri further noted that the dispatch of aid during the holy month of Ramadan holds significant humanitarian value, underscoring the solidarity and compassion of the Bahraini people.
