Youth Minister Meets with Tajikistan Ambassador to Discuss Enhanced Cooperation

Manama: Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, held a remote meeting with Karimi Akram, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, resident in Riyadh.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Minister praised the robust bilateral relations between Bahrain and Tajikistan, emphasizing the significance of bolstering collaboration in various sectors, especially youth affairs. She highlighted the benefits of exchanging expertise and youth experiences between the two nations.

The meeting also focused on the objectives of the Hope Network, which seeks to create an international platform to foster youth partnerships and share impactful initiatives and experiences. The Minister invited Tajikistan to join the network and actively participate in its future programmes and initiatives.

The ambassador, in response, lauded the strong ties between the two countries and their continuous development in multiple sectors, including youth affairs. He reiterated Tajikistan's eagerness to further expand cooperation in alignment with shared goals and aspirations.
