Hamad town: Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, the Youth Affairs Minister, met with Yara Hassan Al Barzanji, Director of Programmes and Partnerships at the Kurdistan Foundation and a member of the Hope Network, at the Youth 365 space in the Hamad Town Model Youth Centre.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the minister praised the global impact of the Hope Network in fostering youth leadership, innovation, and social responsibility. She also acknowledged Al Barzanji’s contributions as a judge for the King Hamad Award for Youth Empowerment to Achieve the SDGs.
Al Barzanji, in her remarks, emphasized Bahrain’s leadership in the Hope Network and reiterated the commitment to supporting its empowerment programmes. The meeting focused on reviewing upcoming network activities and exploring ways to enhance cooperation between the Youth Affairs Ministry and the Kurdistan Foundation, aiming to increase training opportunities for Bahraini youth.
The officials also took a tour of the interactive Youth 365 space, which is designed to promote international opportunities and success stories. This space is centered around five core values: empowerment, inspiration, innovation, participation, and hope.
