Manama: Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfeeqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, met with Mohammad Rais Hasan Sarower, Ambassador of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to the Kingdom of Bahrain. Minister Tawfeeqi commended the strong ties between Bahrain and Bangladesh and emphasised the importance of further developing cooperation, especially in the youth sector. Both sides discussed means to enhance youth cooperation and reviewed topics of mutual interest.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Ambassador Sarower thanked Minister Tawfeeqi for her support in strengthening ties between the two countries, especially in youth affairs. He also expressed Bangladesh's interest in building strong partnerships with the Kingdom in this field.
