Riyadh: The Ministry of Culture of Saudi Arabia and the China-Arab Cultural and Tourism Cooperation Research Centre have signed an executive programme aimed at enhancing cultural collaboration between Saudi Arabia and China.
According to Bahrain News Agency, this programme aligns with the 2025 Saudi-Chinese Cultural Year and focuses on joint efforts in various cultural sectors. The executive programme will see both parties undertake research projects designed to improve the quality of cultural research and compile cultural content from national archives.
The initiative also involves organizing joint conferences and supporting exchanges between cultural researchers from both nations. Additionally, the programme includes facilitating research exchange operations and visits by researchers from Saudi Arabia to Chinese institutions and vice versa. It further provides expertise, support for research fellowship programmes, and consultative support in cultural domains.
