Manama: Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfeeqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, received Dr. Andreas Eliades, the Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus in Bahrain, discussing the enhancement of collaborative efforts between the two nations.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Minister underscored the robust relations between Bahrain and Cyprus, highlighting ongoing advancements across multiple sectors. She stressed the significance of fortifying cooperation in the youth sector, advocating for the exchange of expertise and the initiation of joint youth initiatives and programs aimed at fostering the development of young people's skills.
The Minister praised the Republic of Cyprus's involvement in the Hope Network, acknowledging its commitment to achieving the network's objectives, which focus on empowering youth.
Dr. Eliades, in response, reiterated Cyprus's dedication to broadening bilateral cooperation with Bahrain, with the intent of serving the mutual interests of both countries.
