Dubai: Ibrahim bin Hassan Al Hawaj, Minister of Works, participated in the 11th Dubai Global Project Management Forum, which focused on reviewing international best practices and innovative approaches in project management, with particular attention to sustainability, advanced technologies, and artificial intelligence.
According to Bahrain News Agency, on the sidelines of the forum, the Minister met with Hanny Al Shazly, Managing Director of the Project Management Institute for the Middle East and North Africa. Their discussions centered on strengthening cooperation and exchanging expertise to enhance the efficiency of development and infrastructure projects in Bahrain.
The Minister highlighted the Ministry of Works' long-standing partnership with the institute in training national engineering cadres and supporting professional certification. He also reviewed opportunities for future cooperation under the existing memorandum of understanding.
