Manama: Fawaz Al Binmohammed, Managing Director of Winners Football Club, said the Summer Sports City, the expanded edition of the sports centre at Youth City 2030, provides an integrated environment to help young people discover their sporting talents, develop their abilities and enhance their skills. According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Binmohammed stated that the initiative, organised by Winners Football Club and Tarteeb Events and Marketing in partnership with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and strategic partner Labour Fund (Tamkeen), as well as the General Sports Authority, Bahrain Olympic Committee, and Exhibition World Bahrain, reflects successful national cooperation in delivering a sports project that meets high organisational standards. He highlighted that the Summer Sports City offers training programmes and competitive activities designed to develop participants' technical and physical abilities while promoting commitment and sportsmanship, helping nurture a new generation of promising athletes. Al Binmohammed also emphasized that the initiative combines learning, competition, and entertainment, encouraging greater engagement in sport and contributing to the discovery and development of sporting talent.
