President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA), Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, received here today the Chinese Ambassador to Bahrain, Anwaer.
The meeting is within the framework of the ongoing cooperation between the two sides to enhance cultural and civilisational exchange between the two friendly countries.
Shaikha Mai affirmed the importance of the existing relations and humanitarian bonds between Bahrain and China, praising China’s continuous presence in the cultural events and programmes organised by BACA. She also expressed hope that cultural exchange between the two countries will be further developed.
The ambassador expressed thanks to BACA for its efforts to enhance cultural relations between the two countries, affirming his readiness to cooperate with BACA in order to implement more joint projects.
