Violent raids on Rafah after ‘International Court of Justice’ ordered Israel to stop its operations

Local Palestinian sources reported that the Israeli army launched violent raids on several areas in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, the day after the International Court of Justice ordered Israel to immediately suspend its military operations in Rafah.

Palestinian media also reported that Israeli artillery shelling targeted the eastern border areas between the cities of Deir al-Balah and Khan Yunis.

According to the Palestinian News Agency “Wafa”, a number of Palestinians were martyred and others were wounded in an Israeli bombing at dawn on Saturday at a number of sites in the Gaza Strip.

Martyrs and wounded were recovered from under the rubble of a house that was targeted in Al-Daraj neighborhood in Gaza City.

A residential area north of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip was also targeted, resulting in the death of 4 martyrs and the wounding of a number of others, according to Hamas media.
