Abu dhabi: Under the directives of Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Suhail Al Khaili, the United Arab Emirates has sent an urgent shipment of medicines and medical supplies to the Gaza Strip as part of "Operation Chivalrous Knight 3" to support the Palestinian people amid the difficult humanitarian conditions in the enclave.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the urgent humanitarian response, valued at more than AED2.7 million, includes a range of essential medicines and medical supplies prepared to meet pressing healthcare needs, contributing to the support of the medical sector and the provision of necessary care for patients and the injured.
This initiative forms part of the UAE's continued humanitarian efforts to assist the people of Gaza and address their basic needs, reflecting the country's firm commitment to its longstanding humanitarian approach in extending aid to affected communities and promoting the values of solidarity.
