Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, praised the efforts of the Japanese-Bahraini Parliamentary Friendship Association and its contributions to strengthening cooperation, especially in the parliamentary and legislative fields, stressing the Kingdom’s keenness to enhance the partnership with Japan.
Dr. Shaikh Al Khalifa expressed his appreciation for the constructive cooperation between both countries and joint views on regional and international political developments with the President of the Japanese-Bahraini Parliamentary Friendship Association at the House of Representatives in Tokyo, Deputy Tanaka Kazunori.
For his part, Tanaka Kazunori, affirmed the Society’s keenness in developing the historical friendship and bilateral parliamentary cooperation, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Tokyo, Ahmed Al-Dosari, and Chief of Afro-Asian Affairs, Ambassador Fatima Al-Dhaen, and a number of members of the Society.
