Manama, The Tumooh Sport Management concluded its free workshop titled "Strategic Planning and Risk Management in Sports Organisations," held in implementation of the directives of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty the King's Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport The workshop is part of a comprehensive project to develop sports staff in clubs and national federations, with 65 in-person participants and 30 joining online from outside Bahrain. It was hosted by Kingdom University and led by Dr. Bashir Abdul Khaleq from Lebanon. The closing day was attended by Mohammed Abdul Latif bin Jalal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tumooh Sports Management, and Dr. Nader Al Bastaki, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Scientific Research of Kingdom University, who awarded certificates of appreciation to the participants and presented a special honour to Dr. Bashir Abdul Khaleq. The company has successfully con ducted six free workshops, including "Sports Management: Theory and Practice," "Fundamentals of Sports Contracts," and most recently, "Strategic Planning and Risk Management in Sports Organisations." Participants praised the support of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and the positive impact of these workshops, which cater to the needs of clubs, federations, and individuals. The latest workshop covered strategic planning and risk management in sports organisations, addressing key topics such as the importance and objectives of strategic planning, common mistakes, practical exercises, risk management, and its link to sports planning.
