Manama: Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, received Amadou Diallo, Chief Executive Officer of Aramex Group, as part of efforts to enhance cooperation with leading global companies in the transport and logistics sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the minister emphasised the ministry's commitment to the continued development of Bahrain's transport and logistics system by supporting strategic partnerships with specialised companies. This approach aims to provide an environment conducive to growth and investment, further strengthening the Kingdom's position as a leading regional logistics hub.
The meeting also reviewed means to enhance cooperation in logistics services and supply chains. Discussions covered opportunities to further develop the sector and leverage the capabilities offered by the Kingdom of Bahrain. Additionally, future areas of cooperation were explored to strengthen the efficiency of logistics services and enhance the sector's competitiveness at the regional and international levels.
