The Secretary General of the Parliament, Safwan Bashir Younis, handed Chief of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, Kamel Al-Dulaimi, the federal general budget law for the years (2023, 2024, 2025), for the purpose of ratification by the President of the Republic.
