Tbilisi: BRAVE CF: Georgia vs the World, organised by Bahrain-based BRAVE Combat Federation in cooperation with the Georgian Fighting Championship (GFC), will be held tomorrow, Friday, at the Tbilisi New Sports Palace as part of the fifth edition of BRAVE International Combat Week "Georgia 2025."
According to Bahrain News Agency, the weigh-ins confirmed the main event for the interim lightweight title between Georgian fighter Raul Tutarauli and Dutch contender Pieter Buist. The co-main event will see Georgian athlete Lasha Abramishvili face Tajikistan's Khurshed Nazarov in the bantamweight division. The card also includes a bout between Pakistan's Ismail Khan and Azerbaijan's Elmir Jafarov.
Three athletes, Giorgi Gretko, Raymond Jowett, and Nikolay Atanasov, did not make the weight limit, and their bouts will proceed at catchweight. In total, nine bouts have been confirmed. The event is expected to bring together leading local and international fighters in what will be a significant occasion for mixed martial arts in Georgia.
