Tanami and Reboot Coding Institute Forge Strategic Partnership at FinTech Forward 2025

Tanami: Tanami, a CBB-licensed Bahrain-based FinTech platform transforming access to private markets, and Reboot Coding Institute (Reboot01), a leading tech institute in Bahrain, have announced a strategic partnership during FinTech Forward 2025 (FF25), the region's leading FinTech forum.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the collaboration underscores Tanami's commitment to investing in local talent and strengthening Bahrain's FinTech ecosystem. Under the agreement, Tanami has already onboarded three Reboot01 full-stack developer graduates into its expanding technology team, accessing top-tier, production-ready talent that delivers immediate impact while providing them with the opportunity to apply their skills in building products that are reshaping alternative investments through transparency, quality, and innovation for investors.

Tanami, a first-of-its-kind investment platform that enables investors to access opportunities in private markets, has recently gained recognition by being named among the top 10 startup finalists out of 400 FinTech startups from across the Middle East at MENA's leading finance expo, Money 20/20, and by securing first place in the 19th edition of Bahrain Startup Pitch, Tanami reinforced its strong early traction, positioning itself to make a significant impact in the wealth-tech industry both regionally and globally.

Reboot Coding Institute's rigorous two-year program, powered by the global education platform 01Edu, launched in partnership with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), and supported by the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB), has consistently produced mid-to-senior-level full-stack developers specialising in high-demand areas, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, DevOps, and FinTech. The program's practical training, built around industry-driven projects, equips graduates to integrate swiftly into real-world roles, driving measurable value for employers and advancing growth in the region's digital economy.

Mohamed Sharaf, Chief Technology Officer at Tanami, commented on the partnership's significance, highlighting the company's dedication to supporting Bahrain's FinTech ecosystem by investing in the local workforce. Tanami's platform is being developed entirely in-house, enabled by assembling a high-caliber product engineering team. The partnership with Reboot allows Tanami to hire, train, and empower local talent. The graduate engineers are able to contribute to mission-critical systems alongside seasoned experts from day one.

Yanal Jallad, Managing Director of Reboot Coding Institute, emphasized the partnership's role in showcasing Bahrain's talent pipeline. The collaboration demonstrates how advanced technical training can meet real-world projects, equipping Reboot graduates to translate their specialised training into practical solutions. Jallad noted the institute's success, with 100% of graduates securing full-time employment and nearly 80% of those in the final months of the program already employed.

Through this partnership, both organisations highlight their aligned commitment to advancing Bahrain's position as a hub for technology and financial innovation. By bridging world-class training with cutting-edge FinTech solutions, Tanami and Reboot are setting a precedent for impactful collaboration between education and industry in the Kingdom.
