Manama: Diana Faisal Sarhan, Director General of Human Resources and Information Systems, chaired the Survey and Land Registration Bureau's Equal Opportunities Committee 2025 meeting. Sarhan highlighted the Bureau's efforts to cultivate a fair and inclusive workplace that encourages creativity and excellence and provides an environment in which women can contribute meaningfully across the organisation. She noted that the Bureau continues to invest in targeted training programmes that equip female employees with the skills needed to advance professionally and keep pace with evolving job requirements, thereby enhancing overall performance and institutional effectiveness.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Committee reviewed a range of proposals and initiatives aimed at strengthening equal opportunity policies and advancing supportive programmes, in alignment with the National Plan for the Advancement of Bahraini Women (2025-2026).
The meeting also discussed several practical measures and initiatives designed to further embed equal opportunities and improve the working environment, with follow-up actions planned to ensure progress towards the Committee's objectives and sustained support for women's participation at all levels of the Bureau.
