Manama: Dr. Shaikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Futtais Al Hajeri, Chairman of Sunni Endowments Council, inaugurated the Al Samad prayer hall in Muharraq. The ceremony marked an important milestone in the council's ongoing efforts to enhance religious infrastructure in the region.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Chairman emphasized the council's dedication to maintaining mosques, a mission generously supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. This support underscores the commitment of the nation's leadership to fostering religious and community spaces.
Dr. Al Hajeri also extended his gratitude to Abdullah bin Essa Al Kobaisi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Kobaisi Group, for his generous donation, which played a crucial role in the realization of the Al Samad prayer hall.
