Manama: Shaikh Dr. Rashid bin Mohammed bin Futtais Al Hajeri, Chairman of the Sunni Endowments Council, inaugurated the Avenues Mall Mosque.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Al Hajeri emphasized the significance of constructing mosques throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain, aligning with the nation's urban development efforts. He remarked on the increasing demand for mosques, which facilitate prayer and worship, particularly given the mosque's strategic location within one of the Kingdom's leading and contemporary commercial centers.
Dr. Al Hajeri also underscored the backing from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, highlighting their support for endowments, mosque development, and the creation of worship spaces nationwide.
The Avenues Mall Mosque is equipped with prayer halls for both men and women, along with additional service facilities.
