Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of the Sultanate of Oman, received David Lammy, Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom.
According to Bahrain News Agency, both sides consulted on a number of current regional and international issues, and emphasised the continuation of supporting all efforts aimed at enhancing the foundations of peace, security, and stability in the region and the world.
The meeting also discussed means to further develop relations between Oman and the UK to serve the interests of both countries' peoples.
