Speaker reviews Bahraini,Japanese relations

Speaker Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal received newly appointed Japanese Ambassador to Bahrain Miyamoto Masayuki.

and in the presence of His Excellency Deputy Abdul Nabi Salman, First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, wishing Her Excellency the Ambassador success in performing his diplomatic duties as his country’s ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The speaker praised the bilateral relations, and the continuous development it has achieved at all levels, thanks to the constant care of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and Emperor Naruhito of Japan.

She affirmed the Representatives’ Council’s keenness to enhance and develop cooperation relations and elevate them to broader horizons, especially those related to parliament.

Zainal noted the parliament’s interest in opening up to a higher level of joint work with the legislative institution in Japan, with coordination and exchange of experiences, and intensifying meetings, to achieve mutual interests, and support joint projects in all fields, especially economic, investment and technological.

The ambassador stressed his pride in representing his country in the Kingdom, noting the growing bilateral relations, and affirming his aspiration for further growth and progress in these relations.
