Manama: Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, sent a cable of congratulations to Ahmed Al Safadi, Jordanian Speaker of the House of Representatives, on his election during the opening of the 20th Parliament's first regular session. According to Bahrain News Agency, the Speaker expressed Bahrain's commitment to enhancing cooperation with Jordan to achieve shared aspirations and support bilateral coordination in regional and international parliamentary forums. He wished Safadi success in his efforts for the prosperity and development of Jordan and its people.
