Speaker Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam Visits Oman to Strengthen Bilateral Ties

Muscat: Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, has arrived in the Sultanate of Oman following an invitation from Sheikh Khalid bin Hilal Al Maawali, Chairman of the Shura Council of Oman. The visit underscores the longstanding relationship and development initiatives shared between the two nations.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Speaker Al Musallam highlighted the historical ties and collaborative efforts that have flourished under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain and His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said of Oman. He emphasized the importance of coordination and cooperation in various fields, which continues to reflect the strength of the relationship between Bahrain and Oman.

The Speaker praised the progress achieved through bilateral cooperation and acknowledged the ongoing efforts of both countries to enhance collaboration and mutual interests. He also reiterated the commitment to parliamentary support from both sides to advance frameworks that benefit the interests of both nations and their citizens.

Accompanying the Speaker is a delegation from the Council of Representatives, which includes MPs Ahmed Sabah Al Saloom, Zainab Abdulamir Khalil, Najeeb Hamad Al Kawari, Mohammed Jassem Al Alaiwi, Jalal Kazem Al Mahfooz, Maryam Hassan Al Saegh, and Ali Saqr Al Doseri.
