Southern Governor, HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, received Major Dr. Abdullah Nasser Al Buflasa, from the Interior Ministry’s Legal Affairs Directorate, on the occasion of obtaining a PhD in criminal law.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Southern Governor, Brigadier Isa Thamer Al Dosari.
HH the Southern Governor received a copy of the PhD thesis on electronic incitement and its role in crimes related to internal state security in light of the Bahraini legislation. He stressed the importance of practical experience in keeping abreast of security developments.
For his part, Dr. Abdullah Nasser Al Buflasa expressed thanks and appreciation to HH the Southern Governor for his keenness to boost cooperation and communication with the security officers within the framework of community partnership with the Interior Ministry’s security bodies.
