Seoul: South Korean President Lee Jae-myung held a telephone call with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, during which the two leaders agreed to enhance the strategic partnership between their countries.
According to Bahrain News Agency, cited by Korean Broadcasting System (KBS), President Erdogan congratulated President Lee on assuming office and expressed his respect for the restoration of democracy in South Korea. He also emphasised Trkiye's strong interest in deepening relations with Seoul.
