According to Bahrain News Agency, the support for Solidarity Bahrain aligns with Tamkeen's 2025 strategic priorities. These priorities focus on enhancing the position and competitiveness of Bahrainis in the private sector, equipping them with suitable skills for career development, and prioritising enterprise growth, digitisation, and sustainability. Additionally, Tamkeen aims to support the development of the ecosystem surrounding the labour market and private sector.
These contributions are targeted at enhancing the Financial and Insurance Activities sector, one of the largest contributors to Bahrain's GDP, accounting for 17.4% according to the first quarter of this year. Tamkeen continues its efforts to support local enterprises committed to developing and enhancing the skills of their national workforce, aligning with its goals to make Bahrainis the first choice for employment.
