Manama: Shaikh Khalid bin Ali bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) and President of the Court of Cassation, alongside Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments, inaugurated the Legal Book Fair. The event is organized in collaboration with Mahmoud Publishing and Distribution House. According to Bahrain News Agency, the annual Legal Book Fair, hosted by the Bahrain Bar Society at the Ministry of Justice, will continue until December 12. It aims to showcase the latest publications, volumes, and references in various legal fields. The fair features contributions from prominent Arab legal scholars and experts. Shaikh Khalid commended the Bahrain Bar Society for its efforts in advancing knowledge and fostering legal research and skill development. He highlighted the importance of reading for continuous learning and praised the exhibition for providing access to new publications, particularly on emerging legal topics. Minister Al Ma awda reiterated the ministry's commitment to supporting the dissemination of legal knowledge and enhancing expertise across different branches of law.
