Manama: Adel Abdulrahman Al Asoomi, Member of the Shura Council, stated that the remarks of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa constitute the primary national framework in addressing current developments following the Iranian aggression. Al Asoomi emphasized that His Majesty the King’s directives reflect firm leadership that places national interests above all.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Asoomi highlighted that His Majesty the King’s stance deals decisively with those who sought to harm the nation, aligned with the enemy, and chose the path of treason and support for the aggression. He expressed strong condemnation of statements by some parliament members who attempted to justify acts of treason and defend traitors, which he described as a clear breach of national duty and parliamentary responsibility.
He affirmed that the Bahraini people stand united behind the leadership of His Majesty the King. He further noted that they support the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to safeguard Bahrain’s security and stability.
Al Asoomi also commended the Bahrain Defence Force alongside security, civil, and community institutions for their effectiveness in confronting challenges and protecting national stability.
