Manama: Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, attended a forum organised by the Bahrain Society for Growth and Development, which focused on future citizenship and national values. The event brought together officials, experts, academics and youth leaders.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the forum addressed future challenges and examined approaches to developing a modern concept of citizenship that preserves Bahraini identity while strengthening national capabilities in a changing global environment.
Dr. Nawal Al Doseri, Chairperson of the Bahrain Society for Growth and Development, said the discussions aim to build on the principles of the National Action Charter as a guiding framework for education, legislation, economic development, media and human development. She noted that future citizenship represents a practical national approach based on identity, skills development, innovation and social responsibility.
