Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh received former MP and Professor at University of Bahrain Dr. Ali Ahmed, who presented him with a copy of his book “Media and Elections,” that includes a documentation of media role in conveying electoral process in the Kingdom and its impact.
Shura chairman stressed the importance of documenting practical experiences based on data, facts and expertise, with the aim of enriching the scientific and knowledge stock in various fields, especially those related to legislative and democratic affairs.
The professor expressed his appreciation to the chairman for his support for the efforts made to enhance knowledge and scientific products and benefiting from expertise in parliamentary work.
