Manama: Shaikh Ahmed bin Saud Al Siyabi, Secretary General of the Office of the Grand Mufti of Oman, underscored the importance of the Intra-Islamic Dialogue Conference, held in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the theme "One Nation, One Shared Destiny."
According to Bahrain News Agency, the conference is part of a series of initiatives to strengthen unity and foster closer ties among Muslims. Shaikh Al Siyabi emphasized that the event serves to highlight the significance of unity and mutual understanding, particularly in light of the major challenges facing the Islamic nation.
He noted that the impact and strength of the conference lie in the speeches and research presented, which reflect the power of the Muslims as a united nation, thereby reinforcing its position on the global stage.
Shaikh Al Siyabi commended the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, for hosting such an important conference, describing it as a commendable effort that provides a positive impetus for the future of the Islamic nation and enhances collaboration among scholars and intellectuals.
He further emphasized that the conference underscores the importance of collective action and cooperation among Muslims in addressing common challenges.
