Manama: Ayman bin Tawfiq Almoayyed, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), held discussions with Henning Georg Simon, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Kingdom of Bahrain, with Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, present at the meeting.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Almoayyed emphasized the strong bilateral relations between Bahrain and Germany, noting the ongoing development of cooperation across various sectors. He underscored the SCYS's dedication to enhancing collaboration with German entities focused on youth empowerment, innovation, and sports training.
The meeting also covered ways to improve the exchange of expertise and explore the potential for joint cultural and sports initiatives, aimed at further strengthening the ties between the two nations. The ambassador acknowledged the efforts of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports in advancing youth and sports projects in Bahrain, highlighting the Kingdom's significant achievements in the sector.
