SCH President visits Royal Medical Services Clinics building

President of the Supreme Council of Health (SCH), Lieutenant General Shaikh Dr Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa paid a visit today to the Royal Medical Services Clinics building at the Military Hospital, in the presence of the Royal Medical Services Commander, Major General Professor Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa.\

The SCH President got informed about the facilities of the building which consists of six storeys and comprises 14 specialised clinics, in addition to VIP halls, administrative offices and meeting rooms.

The building also has a car park with a capacity of more than 700 cars. Solar panels were also fixed on the building’s roof top as one of the environment-friendly initiatives, in tune with the national renewable energy plan.

The Primary Healthcare Clinic will be fully transferred to the Royal Medical Services Clinics building next week and other clinics will be transferred within one month.

The SCH President praised the medical efforts which will contribute to improving the medical services at the Military Hospital.

The Royal Medical Services Commander expressed thanks and appreciation to the SCH President for the visit, stressing keenness to further improve the services provided by the Military Hospital.
