Manama, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Health (SCH), Lieutenant General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, discussed with Director General of Bahrain Institute for Banking and Finance (BIBF), Dr. Ahmed Abdulhamid Al-Shaikh, cooperation between both sides in the human resources training and development field, mainly in the health sector.
This came during a visit paid by the SCH Chairman to BIBF. He was accompanied by senior officials from the health sector to discuss issues of common concern. He was received by Dr. Ahmed Al-Shaikh and a number of employees from BIBF.
Lieutenant General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa praised the role of BIBF in training and grooming the specialized cadres to boost the comprehensive development march in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The BIBF Director General presented a briefing on the institute’s programmes and the initiatives launched to encourage the national cadres to benefit from them. He praised BIBF as an advanced educational edifice, stressing keenness to boost cooperation with it to enhance the administrative and leadership competencies and promote competitiveness in providing health services.
The BIBF Director General expressed happiness about the visit, which helped discuss joint cooperation to develop the skills of the national cadres, mainly in the health sector.
