Saudi Arabia to Host 2034 FIFA World Cup, Speaker Extends Congratulations

Manama: Saudi Arabia has been officially selected to host the 2034 FIFA World Cup, marking a historic moment as it becomes the first country to organize the event with 48 participating teams from around the globe. Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, extended his congratulations on this significant achievement. According to Bahrain News Agency, Speaker Al Musallam emphasized that this accomplishment reflects the leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and the support of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia. The Speaker also congratulated Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Sheikh, Speaker of the Shura Council of Saudi Arabia, on this milestone.
