RHF’s modern methods, achievements highlighted during lecture at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif

Cairo, The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF)’s methods and achievements have been highlighted during a lecture delivered by its Secretary-General, Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed, to the officials of the Azhar Al-Sharif and the employees of the Egyptian Al-Zakat and Charity House.

During the lecture, held at the invitation of the Azhar Al-Sharif Grand Imam, Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayyeb, and in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Egyptian Al-Zakat and Charity House, Amr Lotfi, Al-Sayed highlighted the modern administrative methods adopted by the RHF in its work, in addition to its achievements for widows, orphans and the needy in Bahrain and abroad, entitling it to receive many awards, including the “Best Charity Foundation in the Arab World Award”.

Al-Sayed paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, RHF’s Honorary President, the first supporter of the RHF’s work, praising the support enjoyed by the RHF from the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

He also praised the distinguished leadership of the Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, of the RHF’s work.

He highlighted the modern administrative methods and theories adopted by the RHF in managing its work, such as the CREAMOC (Creativity, Motivation and Organisational Culture) and MOSIF (Mission, Objective, Strategy, Implementation and Feedback) administrative theories, in addition to the youth and women development principles, noting that they have enabled the RHF to achieve success in devising its plans, providing the necessary resources, and managing projects with a scientific and professional method.

Al-Sayed pointed out that the RHF has been committed to achieving the noble goals set by HM the King 20 years ago, including constant care for its sponsored segments, and aid to brotherly and friendly countries, including Egypt.

He said that the RHF has been granted three awards so far this year, citing its success in ranking the first in the Arab world and 12th globally in the World Giving Index 2021 issued by the London-based Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), and winning the second edition of the “Prince Mohammad bin Fahd Award for Best Charity Performance in the Arab World” (2019-2020), organised in partnership with the Arab League’s Arab Organisation for Administrative Development under the theme “Towards a Better Future for Institutional Charitable Work in Arab Nation”, in addition to its honouring as the best leading institution in humanitarian work in the Arab world by the National Academy for Studies and Development (NASD) in Egypt.

Dr. Al-Sayed asserted that all RHF’s staff are responsible for delivering the best services, stressing that creativity and motivation are the best means for humanitarian workers to develop their skills and deliver distinguished charity work.
