Representatives Council Sec Gen Highlights Successful ISO Audits

Manama: Mohammed Ibrahim Al Sisi Al Buainain, Secretary General of the Council of Representatives, met with the Secretariat's Audit and Quality Assurance Team following the successful completion of the final stage of audits for the ISO certification for the Quality Management System and the ISO certification for the Environmental Management System.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Secretary General emphasized the importance of sustaining excellence, developing administrative systems, and enhancing performance efficiency in line with the highest quality standards. This move supports the parliamentary work and services provided to Council members and aligns with the organization's commitment to excellence.

He acknowledged the team's efforts and dedication to documenting procedures, improving workflows, ensuring system readiness, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. This dedication has been pivotal in achieving the ISO certifications.

The Council of Representatives has been among the pioneers in obtaining ISO certification in Artificial Intelligence in Parliamentary Work and Environmental Management Systems. This achievement underscores its commitment to adhering to international standards in both environmental management and the integration of AI in its operations.
