Manama: Racing Force Group, a leader in safety equipment for motorsport, and Al Kamel Systems, known for timekeeping services in motorsport, have announced the launch of Zeronoise Communications Services, a joint venture focused on advancing radio communications and broadcasting technologies in the motorsport industry.
According to Bahrain News Agency, this collaboration draws on the expertise of the Zeronoise brand, an electronics division of Racing Force Group known for its Driver's Eye technology and communication systems in Bell Racing helmets, alongside Al Kamel Systems' proficiency in TV graphics, network connections, and race control solutions. Zeronoise Communications Services covers the design of customized communication systems, radio frequency licensing management, installations for events, system testing, on-site support, equipment servicing, and logistics management.
The venture is based at Racing Force International, a Racing Force Group subsidiary located at the Bahrain International Circuit. This aligns with the Group's commitment to Bahrain as a regional and global innovation hub. Racing Force Group holds a 51% stake in the joint venture, while Al Kamel Systems owns 49%. The Bahrain facility is undergoing expansion to boost production capacity for motorsport safety products, in line with Bahrain's economic growth and diversification efforts and supported by the Bahrain Economic Development Board.
Zeronoise Communications Services commenced operations with the UIM E1 World Championship, a full-electric powerboat series, as its first client. The collaboration during the 2025 season-opening event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, was successful, highlighting the company's dedication to innovation in motorsport communications.
The company is led by Chairman and CEO Alex Miotto Haristos, who is also the Chief Operating Officer of Racing Force Group. Juan C¡ceres, a former racing driver and Chief Commercial Officer of Al Kamel Systems, serves as Executive Director and COO.
Alex Miotto Haristos expressed enthusiasm for the venture, stating that it marks the beginning of an ambitious journey based on Racing Force Group's extensive motorsport experience and partnership with Al Kamel Systems. He acknowledged the support from the Bahrain Economic Development Board and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Juan C¡ceres emphasized the potential of Zeronoise Communications Services to redefine communication and data exchange in sports and public events, setting new industry standards. He noted that partnering with Racing Force was crucial for the project's success, given the shared passion and pursuit of excellence between the two companies.
