Manama: In cooperation with the Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA), has launched an electronic grievance submission service through the National Portal, Bahrain.bh, to simplify grievance procedures, support the Kingdom of Bahrain's digital transformation and ensure the confidentiality of users' information. The service enables citizens and residents to submit and track grievances online through the eKey system or by using a username and password. Users can also check the status of their grievances and follow the latest updates.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the initiative supports the Kingdom of Bahrain's digital transformation strategy by expanding the Ombuds Office's electronic services and improving public access to its services. Ghada Hameed Habib, Secretary General of the Ombuds Office, said the service marks a key step in expanding the office's electronic services and reflects its commitment to improving the quality of services provided to the public.
She added that the service meets high standards of reliability, privacy and information security, while improving operational efficiency by speeding up grievance processing and ensuring accurate, professional and transparent case handling.
