Oil Prices Decline; Brent Falls 0.68%

Manama: Oil prices declined on Friday amid expectations of increased supplies entering the market. Brent crude futures fell by 54 cents, or 0.68%, to USD 78.31 per barrel. US West Texas Intermediate crude declined by 46 cents, or 0.60%, to USD 76.14 per barrel. According to Bahrain News Agency, the decline in oil prices is attributed to the anticipation of higher supply levels. Market analysts are closely monitoring production trends, which are likely influencing investor sentiment and contributing to the current pricing dynamics. The adjustments in Brent and US West Texas Intermediate crude prices reflect these market expectations.
