Oil Minister Receives Saudi Ambassador on Diplomatic Mission

Manama: Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Bin Daina, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, received Naif bin Bandar Al Sudairi, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Bin Daina highlighted the enduring relationship between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, emphasizing the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The Minister stressed the commitment to enhancing cooperation in the energy and environmental sectors, aligning with the efforts of Crown Prince and Prime Minister His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. This cooperation forms part of the initiatives under the Saudi-Bahraini coordination council.

Dr. Bin Daina expressed his wishes for the ambassador's success in his diplomatic mission, calling for increased collaboration on economic and development initiatives between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Ambassador Al Sudairi reiterated the strong and historical ties between the two nations, highlighting their strategic partnership and coordination. He also commended Bahrain's achievements in the oil and environment sectors.
