Manama: Shaikh Salman bin Mohamed Al Khalifa, CEO of the National Cyber Security Centre, received Mirza Asrar Baig, Founder and CEO of CTM360, to congratulate him on the company's historic recognition among 17 leading global firms in the field of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI).
According to Bahrain News Agency, this accolade was announced in the inaugural Gartner Magic Quadrant report for the CTI domain, published on May 4. Shaikh Salman bin Mohamed highlighted that this achievement is unprecedented for a technology and software company in the Arab world. He stated that it is a source of pride for the Kingdom and reflects the rising prominence of Bahraini talent in the global cybersecurity arena. This success showcases the leadership and visionary direction of the Kingdom and the innovation-driven ecosystem it has fostered, enabling national companies to excel on an international platform.
Mirza Asrar Baig expressed his appreciation for the continued support from the National Cyber Security Centre, attributing the achievement to over a decade of dedicated work and the nurturing environment in the Kingdom that promotes technological innovation.
Both leaders emphasized the importance of enhancing collaboration between the National Cyber Security Centre and leading national companies in the cybersecurity sector. This partnership is crucial for strengthening the Kingdom's position as a regional and international hub for cybersecurity and supports the digital transformation journey in alignment with the Kingdom's Economic Vision 2030.
