Manama: Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, highlighted the vital role of the real estate sector in promoting sustainable development and urban growth, under the comprehensive development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the inauguration of Cityscape Bahrain 2025 by HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister reflects the support for advancing urban development in the Kingdom and creating broader opportunities for investment in the real estate sector, contributing to government programme objectives and driving progress across multiple domains.
The Ministry's participation included a dedicated pavilion for the exhibition. The Minister highlighted that Cityscape Bahrain 2025 provides a leading platform that brings together local, regional, and international expertise, offering important opportunities for developers and investors to present innovative real estate solutions that meet the Kingdom's urban development needs.
Minister Al Mubarak added that the Ministry's participation aims to showcase investment opportunities in the municipal real estate sector and highlight the service, recreational, and commercial projects undertaken in partnership with the private sector. The Ministry adopts an approach focused on strengthening investment partnerships to implement high-impact initiatives benefiting citizens and residents, while supporting the development of municipal services.
The Ministry's pavilion also presents the most prominent ongoing projects and current and future investment opportunities. The Minister commended the significant efforts of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and the exhibition organising committee in preparation and management, which have ensured the event highlights the sector effectively and reinforces Bahrain's position as a leading regional destination for major real estate exhibitions and events.
