MP Bader Al Tamimi Commends HM King’s Remarks, Rejects Justification of Treason


Manama: Bader Al Tamimi, Member of the Council of Representatives, commended the remarks of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, affirming that they reflect firm national principles and prioritize Bahrain’s security, stability, and unity. Al Tamimi emphasized the importance of maintaining Bahrain’s sovereign rights and national identity as outlined by the King.



According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Tamimi highlighted that His Majesty’s affirmation of Bahrain’s sovereign right to grant citizenship underscores a core principle of national sovereignty. He noted that citizenship is granted in accordance with the law to protect national identity and serve national interests.



Al Tamimi commended the Bahrain Defence Force and security agencies for their role in protecting the nation and safeguarding its capabilities. He stated that these efforts are crucial for confronting challenges and maintaining stability in the country.



He further stressed the importance of preserving national achievements secured under the King’s leadership. Al Tamimi mentioned that Bahrain remains a nation for those who demonstrate loyalty and commitment, underscoring that true belonging is measured by actions and loyalty.



Moreover, he affirmed that membership in the Council of Representatives is a national responsibility that involves defending the nation, serving citizens with integrity, and upholding national interests.



Al Tamimi firmly stated that there is no place for those who justify traitors or align with enemies. He clarified that any attempt to defend or justify acts of treason is a clear violation of national principles and a betrayal of national development efforts.



He also pointed out the importance of advancing development and enhancing cooperation between the legislative and executive authorities to meet citizens’ aspirations. This would further reinforce Bahrain’s position under the leadership of His Majesty the King and the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
