Rabat: Morocco and Ethiopia have formalized a military cooperation agreement aimed at enhancing bilateral relations and strengthening collaborative efforts between the two nations.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the agreement was signed following a significant meeting between Abdeltif Loudyi, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of the National Defense Administration, and Aysha Mohammed Mussa, Ethiopian Minister of Defense.
The newly inked agreement encompasses a range of collaborative activities, including training, exercises, scientific research, military health, and the exchange of experience and expertise in areas of mutual interest.
Furthermore, the agreement stipulates the formation of a joint military committee tasked with identifying specific areas of cooperation. This committee is set to convene alternately in the capitals of Rabat and Addis Ababa to ensure sustained and dynamic engagement.
