More than 1.5 tons of expired sweets and candy were seized in Bethlehem

Bethlehem – Together – The customs police, with the support of the security establishment, and in cooperation with the competent authority in the Ministry of Health, on Tuesday evening, inside one of the warehouses in the Bethlehem Governorate, seized more than 1.5 tons of sweets and candy that were not fit for consumption; As a result of its expiration date.

This came within the framework of joint security work, and based on information from the Preventive Security Service and joint operations.

In view of this, the competent authority decided to destroy the quantity and properly complete the legal procedures.
